Nicolás is an all around outdoor sportsman with a passion for nature. Former ecotourism manager, he has been guiding tours successfully for the last 5 years. In his free time you can find him skiing or maybe diving the Pacific Ocean.
Diego is an active nature lover, with a great passion for wildlife. As Nicolás he was formed ecotourism manager from same school, and been guiding and discovering the pristine corners of Chile and it´s people. During his free time, you can find him riding his mountain bike by the Andes or spoting birds on multiple enviorments among other animals.
Mauro is the website manager, builder, and author of most photos you can find in it.
José finds in guiding a good way to fulfil and share his passion for the outdoors. He studied ecotourism administration, promotes environmentalist values, and has explored diverse remote areas of the Chilean Andes and southern rainforests.
He grew up with Nicolás and Mauro in the scout troop Pucalán. Now veterinarian and nature photographer, Martín is the main collaborator of our blog and works developing projects related to natural resources, conservation and sustainability.

Native to southern Chile and the Andean Patagonia, the coigüe tree has elegant branches which are flattened horizontally with small toothed evergreen leaves. Like this one, that remains serene at the top of Roca Blanca in Panguipulli Lake while the south was being covered by volcanic ash clouds.
